Quality management system of EOS Ltd.
has been created according to model of international
standard ISO 9001:2000 and recommendations of standard
ISO 9004:2000, and is focused on the approaches from
positions of process of increasing satisfaction of the
consumer by means of satisfaction of its requirements.
The quality management system includes the management
responsibility, organizational structure of quality management,
documentation, processes and resources necessary for
realization of quality management.
Sphere of application of the quality management system
are the processes of marketing, designing, purchases,
and manufacture. |
The quality management system of EOS Ltd. contains the following processes:

2. Management of the documentation and data;
3. Documentation
on quality and protocols of quality;
4. Marketing and market
research;
5. Projection and development;
6. Purchase, acceptance
inspection;
7. Manufacture;
8. Control of devices;
9. Control and tests;
10. Internal quality checks;
11. Control of nonconforming
product;
12. Corrective and preventive actions;
The quality management system provides assuring of presence
of all necessary resources and
information indispensable for effective work
for the realization and the control of processes.
The realization of processes of quality management system
provides the constant control and analysis of efficiency
of these processes, and also realization of measures for
their perfection.
Quality system according to requirements of standard
ISO 9001:2000 was certified by TNO Certification B.V. (the
Netherlands ).
